We like this No-cook Play Dough Recipe from Inspire My Play:

 

1 1/2 cups of plain flour 

1/2 cup of salt 

2 tablespoons of cream of tartar 

2 tablespoons of coconut oil (or vegetable oil) 

1 cup of boiling water 

Kid-Safe Food Colouring

 

Mix all the ingredients until it comes together in a ball and then remove it from the bowl, knead till well combined.

 

You can also add dried flowers like lavender and a few drops of essential oil for a sensory experience! Think - Lavender scented mooncakes, or lemon zest for Lemon Snowskin Mooncakes?
